Is your team on the path to agility? If so, then you’re in the right place! It is important that the people and experts involved in the change understand the challenges they will face and what working in a new environment entails.
The aim of the training is to get the participants of the transformation to speak a common language and understand the basic concepts related to agility.
During the training, you will learn what agile thinking means, and what are the frameworks. You will learn about the roles and responsibilities of team members, while you will also learn about the ceremonies that exist in agile operations. We’ll show you what it means to continuously improve processes in agile, what is value-driven delivery and what the most common misconceptions and pitfalls of agile are.
