Fundamental Trainings
Our training programs provide practical tools and a mindset shift for those who want to better understand agile ways of working, modern leadership, and effective change management. These are not “boxed trainings” – we always tailor them to meet the needs of our clients and participants.
Each of our training programs is adapted to the client’s needs and organizational specifics, ensuring that the knowledge gained is truly applicable in everyday work.
Agile Mindset
The first and most important step in agile transformation is understanding and adopting an agile mindset. The focus is not on frameworks but on the “why”, always adapted to the client’s specific environment.

LEGO® Workshop – Agile vs. Waterfall
This hands-on training helps participants clearly and playfully understand the differences between agile and traditional project management. It is especially useful for organizations new to agility or those facing challenges in their transformation.
Who is this for?
This workshop provides exceptional value in two situations:
- If your organization is just starting its agile journey and wants to understand how it differs from traditional project management without committing to long training programs.
- If agile projects have already started in isolated areas, but the organization as a whole does not yet fully grasp agility or if the transformation has stalled.
This training helps make agile principles clear even for colleagues who do not need deep technical expertise in agility.
Goal
Through a learn-by-doing approach, this workshop provides insight into the fundamental differences between the two dominant project management methodologies today: waterfall (traditional) and agile.
We do not aim to provide deep methodological knowledge or judge one approach over the other – instead, the focus is on experiencing the differences firsthand.
Key Topics:
- Solving a project task using a traditional waterfall approach with LEGO® in 2 groups
- Solving a project task using an agile approach with LEGO® in 2 groups
- Group reflection and key takeaways
Group size per session: 6 – 100+ participants
