Zsuzsi is a self-motivated and cheerful Agile change agent. Having been a Scrum Master (doer), Agile Coach (enabler) and Agile Consultant (problem solver), her agile journey has been diverse. She is eager to enable others to adopt agile ways of working in order to focus on value creation. Having extensive experience across several different industries (finance, banking, utility, airline) and building knowledge-sharing communities makes her an open-minded person, who is always ready for a new challenge.
Bence is an experienced product developer, who brings strong ownership, creative problem-solving and positive mindset to any team. He has participated in Agile projects in the energy, financial and manufacturing sectors at companies like E.ON, MKB and Flextronics, and has been involved in building startup companies like 4DMotionsports and Joszaki. He can easily translate and represent business as well as IT aspects based on his engineering background and business experience.
Roxy is an Agile change agent with 2+ years of experience at a multinational company. She supported business transformation, portfolio management and the implementation of agile methodologies in project teamwork. She believes in the importance of collaboration and diversity so she values working with international teams. She likes experimenting with new ways of working which also makes her open to new settings and new challenges.
Luca is an enthusiastic organisation developer with special focus on organisational design, re-structuring and governance models. She is an experienced leader as well as member of project teams mostly in the oil industry, and also in the fields of technology and finance. Think of companies like MOL or Lufthansa Systems Hungary. She has been involved in the (re)design of Agile systems within larger companies (e.g. Telekom, NN). She likes bringing in new concepts and system-thinking into organisational development with supportive and inclusive attitude.
Roland is a business transformation expert, who has headed the setup and operational transformation of several multinational companies in the telecommunication, banking, and energy sectors. He is a Business Agile and Lean evangelist. Over the past few years, he has lead E.ON’s New Way of Working Transformation (digital transformation) to success both nationally and internationally. His areas of expertise are organizational operation development, lean portfolio management, product innovation development, start-up incubation, as well as manager mentoring and coaching. He is the co-founder of ICO-N Nordics, a network of international knowledge-sharing conferences, and is currently a transformation consultant at numerous large organizations in Europe.
In the last 6 years, Ricsi has been part of many agile and digital transformations as Agile Coach, organizational developer and consultant. His field of expertise is digital product development in agile environments: he supports development teams and management with on-site development, mentoring, solving specific technological problems and sharing and introducing good practices.
Kaya Ariel Woytynowska
Ariel is an intelligent, fast-learning perfectionist with strong IT and performance psychology background. She enjoys making complex problems simple and guiding others in the process.
Andrea is an enthusiastic believer in people and empowerment. She has helped companies in various fields, sizes and countries to rethink their management systems. Her education in engineering gives her strong structuring skills, while her extensive experience in strategic communications equips her to advise companies on how to deal with change. She has worked with entities in the manufacturing, educational and the real-estate fields, as well as international organizations, like NATO.
