Zsuzsa Danka

Zsuzsi is a self-motivated and cheerful Agile change agent with 3+ years of experience. She has been part of different agile journeys on different levels as Scrum Master (doer), Agile Coach (enabler) and Agile Consultant (problem solver). She is eager to enable others to adopt agile ways of working in order to focus on value creation. Having diverse experiences across several different industries (finance, utility, airline) and building  knowledge sharing communities outside of organizations makes her an open-minded person who is always ready for a new challenge.

Bence Orosz

Bence is an experienced product developer, who can bring strong ownership, creative problem solving and positive mindset to any team. He has participated in agile projects in energy, financial and manufacturing sectors at companies like E.ON and Flextronics, and he has been involved in building startup companies (e.g. 4DMotionsports). He can easily translate and represent business and IT aspects based on his engineering background and business experience.

Roxána Raj

Roxy is an Agile change agent with 2+ years of experience at a multinational company. She supported business transformation, portfolio management and the implementation of agile methodologies in project teamwork. She believes in the importance of collaboration and diversity so she values working with international teams. She likes experimenting with new ways of working which also makes her open to new settings and new challenges.

Márk Ratkai

Márk is highly skilled in the field of Data Analytics and Business Intelligence (BI). He had participated in several projects like Establishment of BI organization, Exploring the potential of data-based governance, Developing Key Performance Indicators and efficient reports using several BI tools. He has experience across various different industries like transporting and logictics; banking and financial sector; public administration.

Roland Szmola

Roland is a business change agent, who has lead some multinational companies’ formation and operational transformation in the telecommunication and energy sectors. He is a business Agile and Lean evangelist, who in the past few years has lead E.ON’s New Way of Working transformation (Digital transformation) on national and international levels to success. His expertise are organizational operation development, Lean Portfolio Management, product innovation development and Start-Up incubation, manager mentoring and coaching. He is the co-founder of ICO-N Nordics international knowledge-sharing network conferences, and is currently a transformation consultant at many big organizations.

Richárd Tamaska

In the last 6 years, Ricsi has been part of many agile and digital transformations as Agile Coach, organizational developer and consultant. His field of expertise is digital product development in agile environments: he supports development teams and management with on-site development, mentoring, solving specific technological problems and sharing and introducing good practices.

Luca Veress

Luca is an enthusiastic organisation developer with special focus on organisation design, re-structuring and governance models. She has experience both in leading teams and working as a member of a project team mainly in oil, technology and finance industry at companies like MOL and Lufthansa Systems Hungary. She has been involved in the (re)desing of agile organisations at larger companies (e.g. Telekom, NN). She likes bringing in new concepts and system-thinking when it is about organisation development with supportive and inclusive attitude.
